Complaint: Neck and Shoulder pain
Mrs. Upton has been under care for a little over a year and since beginning care she has seen a lot of changes and improvements with her health. Her shoulder issue has completely resolved itself and her neck is doing 90% better and feels her range of motions is also better. Overall, Mrs. Upton is doing and feeling her best. She is able to keep up with her gardening and is excited to continue maintaining her conditions with ongoing chiropractic care
