Complaint: Neck & Shoulder Pain, Numbness in Arms & Hands
Miss Hensley was suffering with pain in her neck and shoulders that was causing her arms and hands to go numb with tingling. Her condition was making work difficult. She would drop her tools often due to the numbness.
