Complaint: Shoulder and Menstruel Pain
Mrs. Murphee originally came in with shoulder pain and menstrual pain, she was moody, angry, and couldn’t enjoy her favorite hobbies or work without being in pain. She knew Dr. Melissa because she worked on Mrs. Murphree’s horses so she believed Dr. Melissa could help her too. After treatment Mrs. Murphee can enjoy riding again, pain free and she can work pain free now as well. She hopes to continue her chiropractic care to keep her healthy and to stay pain free.
